Essential technology is used where needed to deliver, secure or remember a service you have requested. Optional analytics is not loaded unless you actively select “Accept analytics”. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the website or sending an enquiry.
Essential website technology
The website stores the following two values in your browser’s local storage. They do not contain your name or contact details. They are used to remember and date your analytics choice, including when you reject analytics.

The website checks the saved date on each visit. Once the choice is more than 180 days old, both values are removed and the consent banner is shown again. This is described as a six-month renewal; the implementation uses a fixed 180-day period.
Cloudflare hosting and security
Cloudflare is intended to host, deliver and protect this website. Its systems necessarily process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and security signals. Depending on the final Cloudflare configuration and the security checks triggered for a visit, Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technology to deliver and secure the site. These are not used by Air Con Services for advertising.
Optional Google analytics
We intend to use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to load Google Analytics only after you grant analytics consent. Until then, the website does not request the GTM script. If you reject analytics, that decision is saved and GTM and Google Analytics are not loaded on later page views while the decision remains valid.
If accepted, analytics may collect online identifiers and information about pages viewed, interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, browser, device and referral source. We intend to use this information to understand website performance and improve its content, not to make decisions about individual visitors.

Maps, embeds and external links
The redesigned website does not automatically load Google Maps. This avoids sending your IP address or browser information to Google merely because you opened one of our pages. If we provide a link to a map or another external website, that provider may use its own cookies after you choose to follow the link, under its own privacy information.
If an embedded map, video, chat service or other third-party content is added in future, we will review its consent requirements and update this policy before enabling it.
Manage or withdraw your choice
A permanent “Cookie settings” control is available in the footer on every page. Use it to reopen the consent panel and accept or reject analytics at any time. You can also open it here:
Rejecting after previously accepting prevents GTM from being newly loaded on later pages while your choice remains valid. Analytics cookies already stored in your browser may remain until they expire or you remove them using your browser settings. Browser controls can also block or delete cookies and site data, but blocking essential storage means the website may need to ask for your choice again.

We may update this policy when the website, suppliers or analytics configuration changes. The latest draft date appears at the top of the page.
